Last Number Redial
(This is more a function of your phone). The Redial button will dial the last number you called. By using your Call 7 Portal, you may also redial any number listed in your call logs.

Three Way Calling
(This is more a function of your phone. You place a call, then press Conference which places the first call on HOLD. Dial the new party, when they answer press Conference again and you are all on the call.
Place one call on Hold simply by pressing the Hold Button on your phone. While one call is on Hold, you may Intercom or call another party, or answer another call.
