CALL SHIFT
- You can answer a call on your desk phone and then seamlessly SHIFT the call to your Cordless phone and then walk away with the Cordless Phone: The caller is unaware you have done so.
- Or you can answer the phone on the Cordless Phone and Park the Call or Transfer the Call. CALL SHIFT requires the use of a Yealink T5 series desk phone paired with a Yealink W56p Cordless Phone.
CALL MOVE
- You can answer a call on your desk phone and then MOVE the call to your Cell Phone. This function allows a user to continue a call when via your Cell Phone without having to initiate a new call back to your caller.
- Your Cell /Smart Phone must be an extension on your CALL 7 office phone system
