Call Logs and  Live Reports

  • Each user of an Extension has access to their own Call Logs via the Call 7.com User Portal.
  • An administrator of the account has full access to all call logs. Inbound, Outbound, search by DATE / TIME, FROM, TO, DURATION, and the Status of the call.
  • Call logs may be downloaded to Excel and managed
  • Call Logs are useful in determining which extensions receive or make the most calls, which time of day is the busiest, which numbers receive the most calls, and more.
  • View the full details of the call:  For example:  A call came into the Virtual Receptionist, and then to extension 101, and was then transferred to 107,  which was not answered and went to the voicemail of 107.
  • Dispute those callers who said they called and left messages. You now, have the records of the calls.
