  • Pricing for an IVR will range from $225.00 to $350.00 with writing of the Script.
  • The Script has to be written in exact form and we suggest having Allison help you to write the script.
  • You will save money, when you combine an IVR Greeting with a Message On Hold.
  • The engineers at CALL 7.com will have to help you, to create the prompts ( Key Presses ) and then to where they go. For Example "Press 1 for Sales" The CALL 7 Engineers need to program the PRESS 1 Key, to ring those phones in the Sales Ring Group, and then stage secondary Ring Groups, and or a Message / Mailbox, if no one can answer the calls. 
  • CALL 7.com will coordinate the Script and Prompts with Allison and present an Evaluation for your review.
  • Some companies have different Greetings for Holidays, and different times of the year.
