  • The engineers at CALL 7.com will help you to create the prompts ( Key Presses ) and then set up the associated Ring Groups or Extensions. For Example "Press 1 for Sales" The CALL 7 Engineers need to program the PRESS 1 Key, to ring those phones in the Sales Ring Group, and then stage secondary Ring Groups, and or a Message / Mailbox, if no one can answer the calls.
  • CALL 7.com will coordinate the Script and Prompts with Allison and present an Evaluation for your review.
  • Your office may wish to have different Greetings for Weekends / After Hours as well as for Holidays, and different times of the year.
  • The Script must be written in an exact format. Once you submit the script, Allison will review it and may suggest changes for your final review.
