Since its founding in 2006, Yeastar has sold Yeastar PBX Systems through their Partners to over 200,000 systems which are located in more than 100 countries. Offering on-premises IPPBX Systems, offering native desktop and mobile Unified Communications applications.

CALL 7 has been a partner of Yeastar since 2010 having placed over 150 systems in clients’ offices. Today many of those original systems are sill in place and working fine. Yeastar’s newest platform, the “ P “ system was introduced in 2020. It is one of the most advanced IPPBX systems ever built, and is by far the most reliable system ever built by any manufacturer in the World.


Yeastar IPPBX Systems are known as an Appliance. Other Systems, such as Mitel, require extensive and expensive maintenance agreements, requiring with On-Site visits by technicians.

The Yeastar IPPBX, is fully Remotely managed by CALL 7 technicians and is accessed by a secure cloud connection. The Remote Cloud Service Platform ( RCSP) allows CALL 7 Technicians to make any changes in Call Flow, changing Extension Names, changing Music / Messages on Hold, and so on, literally in minutes. In addition, with the RCSP, your system is automatically updated and backed up to the Cloud.

The Yeastar IPBX offers a very friendly Graphic Interface, as easy to use as an iPhone. Thus, we do encourage our clients to learn the system if they wish. However, we are happy to manage your system for you.

CALL 7 has had extensive experience with the 3CX Platform. After 5 years of that experience, we decided the 3CX required too much maintenance as it is built on a Windows Server, and is not an Appliance as is the Yeastar PBX.
