You may send and receive Text Message from your Office Number, to your Mobile and Desktop App.
Callers reach your Virtual Receptionist and are then directed to choose options, such as press 1 to reach sales.
Pressing 1 will send callers to a Ring Group of your Mobile Apps, on everyone’s cell phones (and or desk phones), and/or voice message boxes. Call that ring in on your Mobile App, are recognized as a business call, and not a personal call..
Calls to your Mobile app, may be Transferred to other extensions.
You can see who is available in your office via your Mobile App.
You may TEXT Message, using your company number, via your Mobile App., and thus, not your personal number
Calls that are not answered will go to your company voicemail, and not your personal voicemail.
Callers reach your Virtual Receptionist and are then directed to choose options, which will send callers to your cell phones, desk phones and or voice message boxes.
You can have a Virtual Receptionist with multiple voicemail boxes, but instead of the call ringing to your personal cell phone number you have the option for the calls ring into your "Office Phone".
Our CALL 7 CONNECT EXPRESS works on any Smart Phone ( iPhone or Android service). CALL 7 Connect Express allow your mobile phone to become fully integrated with your phone system, and allows you to extension dial between the cell phones and into the office directly to an extension or out from the office to a Cell Phone as an Extension. Call are then Logged in your Call Logs. In addition, this technology does not use your Data / WiFi service, it uses the native dialer on your cell phone. Thus, calls do not drop, and have the same clarity as your native cell phone. However, when Cell Service is not available, you do have the option to use WiFi service for calling. Pricing is only $14.77* per month per user when billed annually. Or only $15.77* billed monthly.
Add a desk phone to a User with a Mobile Phone for $8.00 + tax per month: A total of only $20.77 + tax when billed annually, or only $24.77 when billed monthly.
Add a stand a-lone office desk phone to this plan for only $19.77* per month per user when billed annually, or only $24.77* billed monthly.

* Plus applicable Taxes. Monthly billing via Auto Payment via Debit, Credit card, or Bank Draft. Late fees apply after the 10th of the month. Billing not pro-rated when service terminated. E-911 Service is not available with this service.
