Call History with Redial is a function of your phone and is available via your Web Based User Portal, and is available on the Desktop and Mobile app.
Press History on your phone. Choose either: ALL; MISSED; PLACED; Calls. Then using the 4 Directional Arrow Keys, select the call, and press SEND.
