This system is designed for a small office where the phones ring in and ring all the phones. You pick up a call on the Ringing Line. Place a line on hold, and pick up that line on another phone.

Calls from all phones, and mobile app, are logged into your Call Logs and are available on-demand.
Have a remote IP Phone calls may be transferred to from the office. In addition, a remote phone, may be reached from the Virtual Receptionist. For example, you may have the person who handles insurance claims, working remotely. A remote phone may make outbound calls, via your office number. A remote phone would be an additional extension.z
Note: A Call Queue is not available with this system, as all calls ring in on the lines, on all your phones.
