How do we receive the messages?

  • Your Messages are delivered Transcribed to one or multiple Emails and Mobile Numbers as Text Messages. We are the only provider who can send both the Transcribed Message along with the original voice message, to your Cell Phone both as a Text Message and or an Email.

Why not just use the voicemail of my desk phone?

  • One of the biggest issues with Voicemail, is that many people get busy and forget to check the voicemail on their desk phones, sometimes for days. If voicemails are copied to email, many people do not check their email afterhours, or on weekends and holidays. Also, as people are sometimes overwhelmed, they also fail to check their voicemail.
  • Using a professionally recorded greeting that states “ Speak Clearly as your message will be Transcribed, and delivered in minutes”. Tells your callers you care and will listen to those messages. Here examples of a Large received voicemail, sent to a desk phone, and then Transcribed and sent to the MaX-UC Desktop App, and Mobile App, and to an Email Address. Sent to All three. As a note, we can also send this Transcribed Text Message to a Cell Phone’s native Messaging App.

Designed for any business who needs to take calls after hours and would require an Answering Service rather than have the calls go live to someone’s cell phone. Allison Answers may also be used for Over-Flow calls. Those calls which cannot be answered during office hours.

Allison's Office Plan includes a one main mailbox. Messages sent to that mailbox are Transcribed and sent along with the original voice recording to Multiple recipients. Each Recipient may have their messages sent to both an email address as well as to Cell Phones as a TEXT message. Messages are also sent to your MaX-UC Desktop and Mobile App for Enterprise customers. You should also copy the messages to an Office Email for Redundancy.

What is amazing, is the Transcribed Message comes into your Messaging App, as well as your Email, with the details of the call, along with an attached .wav file to which you may simply click on to listen. You may use this system for whenever you do not answer your phones.  One Mailbox is included which sends the messages to Multiple Recipients in included with this plan.  

Your calls are Forwarded to Allison Answers as follows: 

  • Based on Specific Hours and Days ( After Hours, Weekends, Holidays). This is set up by your CALL 7 Support Team, in your CALL7.com telephone service portal, provided your service has an Enhanced Ring Group.. 
  • Based upon the Criterial of Call Forward No Answer. If no one can answer the calls in your office, calls will go to this service, where the caller is greeted with a message, just like a voicemail box. This is set up by your CALL 7 Support Team, in your CALL7.com telephone service portal
  • Messages are Transcribed and immediately sent to one or more Emails or Cell Phones as a Text Message as well as to Enterprise service customers’ MaX-UC Desktop and Mobile App. Some people do not speak clearly, as such the message may not be properly transcribed. Therefore, we also send you the Voice File attached so you may listen to the message as well.   
  • Send the Transcribed Message to the Cell Phones of as many associates as you need. 
  • Send Copies of the Transcribed messages to emails as well. 
  • All billing is Flat Rate: No cost per minute: No cost per calls.
  • Having your Greeting professionally created and recorded by Allison Smith will make a dramatic difference in the way people respond to this service.

Additional Option of an After-Hours Virtual Receptionist prior to receiving the Voicemail Box Greeting.

The option of an After-Hours Virtual Receptionist is also available, providing your callers with additional options.

  • “Thank you for calling CALL7.com, you have reached our After-Hours Service. Please listen to this entire message. 
  • For general and non-Emergency service issues please press 2 to leave a message for our service department. (Callers reach a Mailbox with a greeting informing them to leave a detailed message and that the call will be returned the next business day).
  • For Sales please press 3, (Callers reach a Mailbox with a greeting informing them to leave a detailed message and that the call will be returned the next business day).
  • For Accounting Press 5. (Callers reach a Mailbox with a greeting informing them to leave a detailed message and that the call will be returned the next business day).
  • If this is an Emergency, please press 9 now. Callers reach a greeting instructing them to please tell us your name, your company name, as well as the nature of your issue. Please speak clearly, as your important message will be Transcribed and sent immediately to the Technician On-Call, who will review the message and return your call.

After Hours Rotation Service Information

Service companies as well as medical offices, have an After-Hours Rotation Schedule to handle After-Hours emergency calls. The Doctor / Technician / Person on call, may change every week, or in some cases even every day.




ALLISON ANSWERS Service does not send Live calls to a Cell phone, and as such, there is no reason why multiple recipients cannot be involved in the After-Hours Rotation.




All calls come into your ALLISON ANSWERS service. Callers receive a greeting with instructions, which states they have reached your After-Hours service and are prompted to leave their important message.




The caller leaves the message. That message is then Transcribed and sent, along with the actual Voice File, to, each of the people assigned to the After-Hours Rotation. The person who is On-Call, will then respond. The other people who receive the Text message may simply ignore it.


The benefit of having multiple associates copied on the message is this: Should the assigned person On-Call, have an issue and becomes suddenly un-available, another associate can be notified to respond to the messages without having to go through the technical efforts to change the assigned person in the rotation schedule. We simply add more Cell Phones, and or Emails, to the Notification List.
