  • ​Your Call 7 service includes a Virtual Receptionist also known as an Auto-Attendant or simply as an IVR.
  • ​A Virtual Receptionist answers your incoming calls and directs the caller based upon a menu you set up.  The IVR will ring Groups of  Extensions, which may include cell phones and desk phones.
  • ​Have your Virtual Receptionist send callers to your extensions ( cell phones or desk phones), or to a Greeting Box which will provide your callers with vital information about your business.
  • ​Have a professional greeting recorded for your Virtual Receptionist, or record your own greeting, or use our Amazing Text to Speech system which provides a choice of languages and voices.
  • ​Have your Virtual Receptionist send callers to your extensions ( cell phones or desk phones), or to a Greeting Box which will provide your callers with vital information about your business.  
  • ​An automated receptionist that answers the phone and provides customized messages used to connect callers to pre-configured destinations.  (i.e. 1 = Sales, 2 = Service, etc.).
  • ​Time of Day Routing: Enables the administrator to select business hours and have pre-configured destinations for business/after business hours.  For example, send all calls after 5:00 to answering service or Auto Attendant. Monthly service fee applies.    
  • ​H​Dial by Extension is included with the Auto-Attendant: Enables a caller to enter the extension of the intended party. Once the extension is dialed, the system will locate the intended user and connect the caller.
  • ​​Multiple Layers of an IVR: You may have multiple layers in your IVR. For example: The initial IVR greets your callers with general instructions.  However, you may add a Pre-Announcement such as “ All calls will be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes”.  Or, Press 1 for English, Press 2 For Spanish.   Then your callers are directed to a new IVR based upon their selection. Another example is Press 3 to schedule an Appointment. When they press 3 they may receive: For an appointment with Dr. Smith press 1, for Dr. Laura press 2, for Dr. Daniels press 3.   You get the idea.  Multiple Layers of greeting to direct your callers to the appropriate party / associate to best handle their needs.   There is a cost associated with Multiple Layered IVR’s.
