  • On-Demand Call Reports: See the analytics of who called, or made calls, by Number, By Date Range and By Extension.
  • Set your Call Forwarding options to forward to your cell phone, an answering service, or any other number.
  • Reset your password, change your Email address, Change the Name of your extension
    Set your Find Me-Follow Me settings.
  • Set your Do Not Disturb. This setting is used, when you have left the office for an extended duration and forgot to set your phone to Do Not Disturb, which when active, sends callers directly to your voicemail without your phone ringing. 
  • Set your personal E-FAX settings and number. Set the email address where faxes are to go to.
  • You may set your voicemail to email settings to send to an Alternate Email Address. This is useful, if you plan on being out of the country or will not have access to your email.
  • You can send your voicemail messages to another email address such as an associate.
  • Feature Codes List:  Your User Portal has a quick access guide to the Features codes, like  Transfer Directly to Voicemail:  ** Extension, such as Dialing **101 to transfer a call directly to extension 101’s voicemail without the phone ringing.
