CALL 7 CONNECT Service includes a Conference Call Application within your SMART PBX Portal. The Built-In Conference Bridge, supports Calls up to the limit of the number of your total Extensions. If you are subscribed to 6 Extensions, you may hold a 6-person Conference call using the Conferencing App. As each Extension, provides your service with One Trunk, if you have for example, 6 Extensions, and make a 6 Person Conference Call, all other incoming calls will then Ring Busy.
If you have 10 Extensions, and only need to set up 5-person Conference Call, you should be fine.
If you need to create larger Conference calls on a more frequent basis, you may wish to subscribe to one license of the CALL 7 MaX-UC Conferencing, Collaboration and Secure Zoom Meetings.
CALL 7 ENTERPRISE Service offers MaX-UC Conferencing, Collaboration and Secure Zoom Meetings. This service is included with the Executive License.
